A few other helpful hints:

  • We highly recommend you view the specific suite you are applying for. There could be a bit of variety in finish or appliances between suites, even in the same building.
  • We have typical floorplans for our suites. They can be found in each building on this website. You can obtain measurements for rooms as well as take 3D tours.  We remind you that the suite you rent may vary slightly in size from the typical layout displayed.
  • If you have any special requests of our company be sure they are included on the Application form at time of submission. Kay Four Properties is not bound to special requests that did not form part of the original application form.
  • Security Deposits are due upon entering into an agreement with Kay Four Properties. We welcome and encourage applicants to provide a security deposit with their application.   Once you apply and are accepted by us you have entered into an agreement with us and teh deposit will be immediately due and payable.
