We have one bedroom apartments or suites that rent for $1,200 while others rent for over $1,400 per month. Similiarly, we have two bedroom apartments that rent for $1,275 while others rent for over $1,500.
The difference between these apartments:
The less expensive suites are not fully renovated. The less expensive suites are smaller. The less expensive suites don’t include the same amenities. The less expensive suites don’t have balconies. The less expensive suites don’t have inclusive hydro, heat, water, parking or cable TV. We don’t offer cheap apartments or suites. We offer high quality.
Once you add up the cost of the utilities, parking and cable TV you are actually paying more than our inclusive priced apartments and we give you a bonus of balconies and larger suites too. You make the choice, but the all inclusive suites are a much better value. And our fully renovated suites have oak kitchen cabinets, modern appliances and beautiful finishing throughout.
